STS Report is the reporting component of our system.
By providing templates with detailed guidance and example text, it helps you build a comprehensive and useful sustainability or ESG report that can be used to inform your stakeholders on progress and in turn empower them to assess your performance. STS Report also allows you tailor your report so that it can be used to disclose information required by key international initiatives and reporting standards and frameworks. This can be especially useful in helping meet compliance requirements and specific stakeholder demands.
Today’s stakeholders are extremely savvy and expect to see sustainability and ESG reports produced with the same level of detail and rigour as financial reports. They expect to see evidence of top-level executive support and formal effective governance, management and due diligence frameworks with a consistent year-on-year narrative of progress and achievements.
STS Report enables enterprises deliver on these expectations by providing comprehensive templates and an example sustainability and ESG report to to showcase how a finished report could look when enterprise-own branding and reporting guidelines are applied.
In addition, STS Report is packed full of recommendations and initiative ideas which, in conjunction with the information in STS Plan, can be used to inform enterprise sustainability and ESG priorities.

STS Report comprises three key resources:
1.STSR-REPT-01 – Sustainability and ESG report template
2. STSR-REPT-02 – Sustainability and ESG report template with example text
3. STSR-REPE-01 – Example sustainability and ESG report
We recommend reviewing STSR-REPE-01 first to get an idea of what a finished report looks like from the outset. We then recommend following this with a review of STSR-REPT-02 to examine the suggested report structure in more detail before ultimately moving on to design and develop your own report using the template STSR-REPT-01.
1. STSR-REPT-01: Sustainability and ESG report template
STSR-REPT-01 is the primary report template included with STS Report. It recommends a structure for your sustainability and ESG report, indicating through easily-removable guidance text why each section is recommended, what information should be provided, where this information can be obtained from if you are using STS Implement, and what international reporting standard or framework disclosure can be met or satisfied with the information provided.
Note: As STSR-REPT-01 is a Microsoft Word document, enterprises will need the ability to access/edit Microsoft Word documents.
2. STSR-REPT-02: Sustainability and ESG report template with example text
STSR-REPT-02 builds on STSR-REPT-01 by providing example text for each section to illustrate more clearly how the report could be developed.
STSR-REPT-02 also illustrates how the enterprise might use the information in its sustainability and ESEG report to disclose against a selection of key sustainability initiatives and reporting standards and frameworks such as the United Nations Global Compact, GRI Standards, Recommendations from the Task-force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the IFRS International Integrated Reporting Framework, among others.

3. STSR-REPE-01: Example sustainability and ESG report
STSR-REPE-01 takes the example text used in STSR-REPT-02 and illustrates how this could look when properly designed in line with your own enterprise branding and design guidelines.
