Transformation as a journey

Sustainability transformation does not happen overnight. It is an iterative process with ups and downs and starts and stops. It takes time and effort and requires ongoing oversight, investment and top management support.

STS has been designed to support programmatic stages of cyclical, continual development, thus enabling enterprises transform at a pace that suits them. For example, an enterprise starting out in year one might focus on establishing the foundational governance and due diligence frameworks required for sustainability. In year two it might capture core data on all aspects of its operations to better understand its value chain and to build an initial picture of its end-to-end impact. STS Report

STS Report is a comprehensive set of sustainability and ESG report templates packed full of guidance, recommendations and initiative ideas. Included example text and a finished sample report illustrate the type of information enterprises could report on, enabling them kickstart their sustainability reporting endeavours by significantly reducing the time it takes to produce informative, useful, high quality sustainability and ESG reports.
